This is a 50% possible double het Caramel Albino Clown. I produced her in 2009 from breeding a 100% double het to a normal. She's been a bit of a sporadic feeder and hasn't put on as much weight as some of her siblings. A change of environment may be all she needs to get her feeding response kicked into high gear.
